Monday Musings & Miscellany

I hope you enjoy this weeks musings and miscellany!

TEN WAYS TO PRAY FOR YOUR WIFE
Came across this gem recently and have been praying for Jenny every day, focusing on one of the ten each day. I would encourage husbands to give it a try.

TODOIST 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY
After trying so many “to do” apps that I have lost count, I finally found one with some personality and vision for how to get things accomplished. I love their vision, “We believe that there’s more to productivity than just getting things done, that it’s important to know not just what you do, but why you do it, that big progress is made by checking off the small tasks every day.” If your looking for a great “to do” system, I would highly recommend Todoist!

WHAT EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ABORTION
This is a great article presenting 10 things that everyone should know about abortion. Oh how important it is to know how to communicate the seriousness of the genocide that is taking place right before us.

“TIME MANAGEMENT” vs. “ENERGY MANAGEMENT”
This interview with Michael Hyatt inspired me to get the most hours of sleep I have had in a week for the first time in years and years. Eight hours for six days in a row. Already looking forward to next week. I am pleased to report that it has made a huge difference. Always thought of “time management” but “energy management” makes a whole lot of sense.

YO-YO MA BACH CELLO SUITE NO. 1 IN G MAJOR
I will frequently listen to classical music while I am studying or writing. This is one my favorite pieces from Bach as performed by renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma. It is amazing to watch him play it from memory. Unbelievable!
